Starcraft 2 Patch 1.3.3 Now Live!

Blizzard has released patch 1.3.3 into the ether.

The patch has evolved quite a bit from its initial PTR announcement, particularly for Protoss. Archons have been given a range boost, and the more lore-appropriate classification of “massive”. This should make them more viable in PvT, where marauders had all but completely nullified them. The warp gate/gateway timing mechanic change did not make the final cut. Blizzard opted instead to lengthen the initial research time and maintain the pylon nerf, hopefully increasing the defendability of 4gates in PvP (not to mention other sneaky warp in tactics). Sentries can also now be produced faster, which may have implications in both PvP and the other matchups.

Ghosts, Thors, Infestors, and some defensive structures have also been tweaked. Full patch notes after the jump.

General

The default hotkey to toggle in-game music on/off has been reverted to its hotkey prior to Patch 1.3.0. The hotkey to display APM in the observer stat panel has been changed as a result.
