Mission Statement

I am a nerd.

That statement isn’t met with the cultural stigma it used to be. The highest grossing blockbusters are about wizards and robots. Books about knights and kings are reconfigured as high brow HBO series. Consoles are nearly as ubiquitous as televisions, with a newly grown up generation still playing video games. Technological dreams are slowly seeping into reality.

We nerds are dreamers, after all. We dabble in escapism, but fantasy is often based on reality. We explore ethics, anthropology, history of what was, and the fascinating question of what might be.
