The official website of the TABOO NIGHT XXXX (pronounced ‘Kiss’) film just released a new trailer and a visual containing the four main characters. The movie, which is the third film in the anime franchise, will be released across theatres in Japan on May 9, 2025. QUARTET NIGHT, which is a secondary idol group in the main anime, will take centre stage this time. No worldwide release has been announced as of yet.

The stunning trailer follows the four members of QUARTET NIGHT as they set about on their mission of stealing precious jewels during their performance. The new visual contains the four members of the band clad in black and white three-piece suits with a thief mask covering their eyes. Previously, a short lyric video of the song JINN-Ω-RAY, which will feature in the movie, was also released on the official YouTube channel of KING AMUSEMENT CREATIVE.

The four main cast members of the upcoming movie have also been announced. The project stars:

Hiroshi Nakajima is the CG director with Takeshi Ōkawa acting as the sub-CG director. Elements Garden is in charge of the music while Shokichu distributes the movie. The movie is a spin-off of the original anime series titled Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love 1000%, which began in 2011. The anime has a total of four seasons, and two movies titled Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love Kingdom and Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love ST☆RISH Tours. The franchise first started with a visual novel game titled Uta no Prince-sama by Broccoli. The game, anime, and movies are all very famous in Japan.
