A brand new trailer has been released for the upcoming second half of the series.
The popular horse girls racing anime “Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray” is coming back with a second cour this Fall. The first cour of the anime began in April, ending with this year’s Spring anime season. The next part of the series is set to be released in October 2025, as announced by the official website of the show. However, no definitive release date has been revealed yet.

Unfortunately other than the October 2025 release window, no other details about “Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray” Cour 2 were revealed. The short new preview video gives us a glimpse of what’s in store for Oguri Cap next. Yuki Kito directs the anime at Cygames Pictures while Aki Kindaichi is in charge of series composition. Takuya Miyahara and Keisuke Sasaki design the characters for the anime.
The series is based on the mixed-media franchise titled “Uma Musume Pretty Derby” created by Cygames. The original anime came out back in 2018, with the second and third season following in 2021 and 2023. “Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray” the anime is adapted from the manga series of the same name written by Masafumi Sugiura and illustrated by Taiyou Kuzumi. The series focuses on Oguri Cap, a racehorse girl whose wild running style has gotten her the nickname ‘Monster’ by her peers. Despite this, the local racer Oguri Cap is determined to become the No. 1 racehorse at the Kasamatsu Training Center Academy.
