Cyborg 009: Nemesis anime details

Unfortunately, other than the anime adaptation confirmation, no other news has been revealed for the upcoming project. You can keep an eye on our site as we’ll confirm as soon as new updates about the series are revealed. The official X (formerly Twitter) account of IshinoIshimori Production confirmed the news with a Cyborg 009: Nemesis title visual.

The Cyborg 009 manga began publishing in 1964 and continued in various magazines until Ishinomori passed away in 1988. Many anime series and movies have been made based on the manga, and the upcoming show is another iteration of the classic sci-fi story.

The story of Cyborg 009 revolves around nine humans who are kidnapped by the evil Black Ghost organisation and their leader Skull. The villain does experiments on these nine people and turns them into human weapons to promote cyborg warfare. But his best scientist Dr. Isaac Gilmore helps the subjects escape Black Ghost. The nine people then band together to take down the organisation and stop their goal of starting a Third World War from succeeding.
