The story of Toritsukare Otoko revolves around a man named Giuseppe, who is often known as the ‘obsessed man’. The townspeople gave him that name because once he gets interested in something new, it completely absorbs him. One day, he meets and falls in love with a balloon-seller girl named Pechka. But their love can’t come to fruition as there’s a deep sadness in Pechka’s heart. But with many tricks up his sleeve and a mouse partner named Cielo on his side, Giuseppe is determined to solve her problems.
