The event will be held in Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The upcoming Anime Festival Asia Singapore (AFA SG) 2025 has revealed exciting news ahead of the convention, which will occur from 28 to 30 November at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The announcement, which was made through an official press release, has unveiled the first wave of performers for the I LOVE ANISONG Music Festival–a wildly anticipated entertainment highlight for AFA SG 2025. The series of concerts will be sponsored by Crunchyroll, and will feature a massive lineup of both old and new talents.
Tickets for AFA SG 2025 is set to go on sale this coming 20 August, 2025.

I LOVE ANISONG Music Festival to feature direct debuts and returning artists
The first wave of artists fans can expect during the three-day event are:

asmi
Asumi Fujihashi, known professionally as “asmi”, is a Japanese singer from Osaka. She debuted as an indie musician in 2019, and released her songs digitally and online. Having gone viral on social media thanks to her collaborative track with PAKU and MAISONdes’ “Yowanehaki”, asmi has earned the title of “the most-used voice on social media.”
After her boost to fame, asmi would perform the theme songs for anime titles like Urusei Yatsura, Rent-A-Girlfriend, and Pokemon Horizons: The series.
Asmi will perform the opening theme songs for A Couple of Cuckoos Season 2 and Food for the Soul during the event.

HIMEHINA
A virtual singing duo associated with Bave Group, HimeHina is composed of the artists Tanaka Hime and Suzuki Hina. The duo are well-known in the Vtubing sphere for their high quality music videos, catchy songs, and live performances.
The duo have now amassed over a million subscribers on YouTube, with video views surpassing 500 million. They released their fourth album, “Bubblin”, just this July.

Isekaijoucho
Isekaijoucho is a virtual dark singer affiliated with KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO, and has been Vtubing since 2019.
She is known for her powerful and fragile voice and unique songs, and also works as an illustrator, narrator, and voice actor.

May’n
A Japanese musician with a long career in the industry, Mei Nakabayashi, professionally known as “May’n”, started her career in 2003 and debuted in 2005. She broke into the anime scene when she was cast as the singing voice of Sheryl Nome in Macross Frontier.
May’n’s music would later on feature in a number of anime titles such as Aria the Scarlet Ammo, Accel World, Aquarion Logos, and Restaurant to Another World, among other series.

Nomelon Nolemon
Nomelon Nolemon is a Japanese music group affiliated with Sony Music Entertainment. They debuted in 2021. They secured their first anime tie-in when they performed the ending theme for Rurouni Kenshin-Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story-Kyoto Disturbance. They would later go on to perform an insert song for Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX.

Shouta Aoi
A Japanese singer and actor known and loved by millions for his angelic singing voice, Shouta Aoi garnered media attention when he debuted as a voice actor with the role of Ai Mikaze from Uta no Prince-sama. He would garner more roles in anime titles like Ace of Diamond, Magic-kyun! Renaissance, Tsukiuta, King of Prism, and The Royal Tutor.
Besides singing and voice acting, Shouta Aoi also performs in theatre.

SPYAIR
A four-member rock band, SPYAIR formed in 2005 and rose to acclaim in 2010 thanks to their active releases and powerful performances.
They have performed theme songs for a number of anime titles, including Bleach, Gintama, Mobile Suit Gundam AGE, Haikyu!!, and Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Season 2.

Wednesday Campanella
A music group formed in 2013, Wednesday Campanella is known for combining musical genres such as EDM, J-pop, and hiphop. The group has released a number of albums and singles to massive acclaim.
They became prominent in the anime sphere thanks to the opening theme song for the 2025 anime Kowloon Generic Romance.
