The second cour will cover the Nerima arc of the series.
We have some great news for shonen fans! The Summer 2025 action anime Tougen Anki will run for two consecutive cours. The official website and social media accounts of the series revealed that the second cour, titled ‘Nerima Arc’, will begin on 3 October after the first 12 episodes of the anime have aired. A trailer was released, which introduced new characters and features new theme songs for the second cour.

The new trailer previews the new theme songs of the upcoming cour. The opening theme song is "AMIDAKUJI" performed by CHOGAKUSE, while the ending theme song is "ACTION" performed by eill.
Ato Nonoka directs the anime at Studio Hibari with Hiroyuki Hashimoto as the assistant director. Yukie Sugawara is in charge of the scripts while Ryoto Yamasaki designs the characters. Kohta Yamamoto composes the music for the series. The anime is globally streaming on Netflix, Crunchyroll, and Prime Video (varies according to locations). The series is adapted from Yura Urashibara’s Tougen Anki manga series. Yen Press publishes the manga in English and describes the story as:
