Pokémon Horizons Season 2–The Search for Laqua Part 4 to debut on 26 September

The series streams exclusively on Netflix.

The official website of Pokémon announced that the popular new series Pokémon Horizons is returning with the fourth part of its second season next month. Titled ‘The Search for Laqua’, the series will premiere its 4th part on 26 September, 2025, on Netflix. A sneak peek of the upcoming anime has also been released.

Pokémon Horizons Season 2–The Search for Laqua Part 4 details

The latest sneak peek shows the protagonists Roy and Liko, along with Dot and Professor Friede, trying to take down a black Rayquaza, a shiny version of one of the legendary Pokémon. The Rising Volt Tacklers will face their most dangerous enemy Gibeon and the explorers in this season. Fans can get ready to meet some awesome Pokémon and enjoy the battles.

The first Pokémon Horizons series aired from 2023-2024 in Japan. The Search for Laqua, which is the second season, began airing in 2024. In the USA, the Horizons anime began in March 2024. With the second and third parts following in May and August 2024. The fourth part was released in November 2024. Fans in the USA can watch the first three parrots of The Search for Laqua on Netflix right now.

Saori Den directs the anime with Daiki Tomiyasu as the creative director. Dai Satō is in charge of the scripts, while Tetsuo Yajima is the animation director. Rei Yamazaki designs the characters with Kyōko Itō as the sub character designer. Masafumi Mima is the sound director with Conisch composing the music.
