Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life anime details

A brand new official website and X (formerly Twitter) account have been opened for the anime series. The adaptation was announced along with an illustration of the main character Meteor Hanaori. The original manga creator’s comment was also revealed by Pony Canyon, which reads (machine translation):

When I heard that "Hanaori-san" was going to be made into an anime, I thought it was a dream brought on by stress that I couldn't distinguish from reality. But it seems like it's really going to be made into an anime. As the creator, I'm so happy to be able to be so involved in the anime production process, and they've managed to make a wonderful, interesting, and cool anime that still retains the atmosphere of the original, so maybe it's a dream after all. Let's meet in a dream, everyone.

The author has also posted a new illustration on their X (formerly Twitter) account to celebrate the news.

At the time of reporting, no details about the anime’s cast or staff have been revealed. The story of the Hanaori-san manga focuses on the reincarnation of the demon lord Ryūsei Narukami, who is now a NEET in the modern world, and Hanaori-san, who is a high school student. When Ryūsei begins teaching at the school Hanaori goes to, their previous animosity slowly starts changing to love.
