The first episode of the series will premiere at the New York Comic Con this weekend.
The upcoming romcom anime Osananajimi to wa Love Comedy ni Naranai just revealed some great information for their fans. The first episode of the anime will premiere at this year’s New York Comic Con during the upcoming weekend. Ahead of the release, the official website and social media accounts of the anime announced that the series will begin streaming in January 2026. Moreover, the voice actress for the fourth and final heroine Haru Hinata was also revealed!

The newest character Haru Hinata will be voiced by Yūki Yamamoto. A key visual, voice reveal video, as well as comment from the voice actress were all revealed.
The three other heroines of the series who have been revealed so far are:
- Shio Minamo voiced by Rin Kusumi
- Akari Hiodoshi voiced by Yū Serizawa
- Runa Tsukimi voiced by Sae Hiratsuka
Tezuka Productions is animating the series. Unfortunately, no other production staff has been revealed as of yet.
The anime is based on Shinya Misu’s manga series of the same name. The story of the series focuses on a boy named Eeyuu, a high school student stuck in a predicament involving his two childhood best friends Shio and Akari. Despite growing up together, Eeyuu now feels physical attraction towards his friends, and is guilty about it. But what happens when he learns that his friends might have similar feelings towards him? The tantalizing love drama is perfect for all romcom lovers!
