Screening dates have been announced for countries throughout EMEA, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific regions.
Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures have finally announced some of the international screening dates for the upcoming JUJUTSU KAISEN: Execution Compilation Film. The anime movie compiles the events of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, and also includes the first two episodes of the upcoming third season.
JUJUTSU KAISEN: Execution Compilation Film release details
The movie will begin its theatrical run in the UK and Ireland on 14 November, and will be followed by screenings throughout countries in the EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. The film will be released with the original Japanese audio and English subtitles. However, the movie’s premiere dates for other countries have not been confirmed yet.
The movie, titled, Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution -Shibuya Incident x The Culling Game Begins will open in Japan on 7 November, 2025.
The movie will depict the events of the Shibuya Incident Arc, which already took place in the anime’s second season. It will also preview the upcoming Culling Game arc, which will begin in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, coming in January 2026. More details about the compilation movie’s theatrical run in other countries will be revealed soon.
The Jujutsu Kaisen anime is based on Gege Akutami’s manga series of the same name. The first season of the anime came out in October 2020, with a total of 24 episodes. It was followed by the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 prequel movie in 2021. The anime’s second season dropped in 2023, adapting both the Hidden Inventory/Premature Death, and Shibuya Incident arcs of the manga.
