The main cast of the anime has also been revealed in its first teaser.
The popular light novel series, Even Though I'm a Super Timid Noble Girl, I Accepted the Bet From My Cunning Fiancé (Yowaki Max Reijou nanoni, Ratsuwan Konyakusha-sama no Kake ni Notte Shimatta), popularly known as Yowaki Max, is getting an anime adaptation! The newly opened official website and social media accounts of the anime have confirmed the news with a key visual, and a short teaser that features the two main voice actors.

The two main cast members of the anime are:
- Pia Rockwell voiced by Miku Itō (Miku Nakano in The Quintessential Quintuplets, Machina in Demon Lord 2099)
- Rufus Stan voiced by Ryōta Ōsaka (Tasuku Tsubakino in Wind Breaker, Gyūtaro in Demon Slayer)
Unfortunately, no details about the production staff have been revealed so far. The anime is based on the isekai light novel series written by Hiro Oda and illustrated by Tsubasa V. The novel began on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website back in January 2020, and was later published under the B's Log Bunko imprint with the illustrations. There are a total of seven volumes, with the last one being published in April 2024. Tsubasa V has made an illustration to celebrate the anime adaptation:
The light novel series has also been adapted into a manga series, illustrated by Aji Murata. It began in February 2021 and ended in January 2024. Murata has also posted a celebratory illustration of the two protagonists for the anime adaptation:
The story of Yowaki Max focuses on Pia Rockwell, who remembers her past life as a Japanese university student after being sick with fever at the age of 10. She realises that she has reincarnated as a villainess in a reverse-harem otome game. Instead of becoming a villainess, Pia wants to use her knowledge as a student of Paleontology and become a commoner, excavate fossils, build a museum, and finally become a curator. In order to escape her disastrous future as a villainess where her fiancé Rufus breaks their engagement during the graduation ball, Pia asks him to break their relationship now. However, her fiancé, the Prime Minister’s cunning son isn’t ready to let her go that easily!
