The love story between a human and a beastman will transcend the borders of romance as we know it.
The unconventional romance manga With You, Our Love Will Make It Through, by Chihiro Yuzuki, is finally getting an anime adaptation! The project was confirmed by the distribution company REMOW tis January 15. A new teaser visual featuring the two main characters of the story also revealed that the series is set to be released in Fall 2025, although a specific release date is yet to be confirmed.
According to the announcement, Manaka Iwami, known for voicing characters such as Tohru Honda in Fruits Basket, Saki in Romantic Killer, and Akane Kurokawa in Oshi No Ko will be playing Mari Asaka. On the other hand, beastman Tsunagu Hidaka will be voiced by Takuya Eguchi, known for his work as Kenyū Yukimiya in Blue Lock, Loid Forger in Spy x Family, and Yuuji Terushima in Haikyu!! Other than these two, the rest of the cast members haven’t been confirmed yet. The staff members of the series have also not been revealed.
The story of Chihiro Yuzuki’s manga focuses on a high school girl named Mari Asaka, who runs into another student who’s late for school. However, the guy’s not a human but a beastman. Although it’s not unheard of for beastfolk to live with humans, it’s still rare. The boy, Tsunagu Hidaka, piques Mari’s interest. However, as she gets to know him, she discovers another side to her feelings for the beastman. The author thanked all the readers for making the anime happen.
