The anime is coming to Netflix in December 2025.
Record of Ragnarok Season 3 is all set to come out in December 2025. Although we don’t yet know the exact release date of the anime, it has kept fans on their toes with constant updates. This time, a brand new main trailer has been unveiled, with an ending theme song by Saori Hayami. Moreover, three new voice actors have joined the cast ahead of the sequel’s release. The trailer was released during the Anime NYC panel on Thursday, 21 August.
Record of Ragnarok Season 3 new cast, ending theme, and other details
The official Netflix channel has released the new Record of Ragnarok Season 3 trailer with English subtitles. It features the series’ ending theme song "Last breath, Last record” by renowned voice actress Saori Hayami. The newly announced voice cast members are:
- Alvitr voiced by Shiori Mikami
- Göndul voiced by Misako Tomioka
- Geirölul voiced by Mai Toudoh

New production staff members are taking over this season, with Koichi Hatsumi directing the series at Yumeta Company x MARU Animation. Yasuyuki Muto is the main writer while Youko Tanabe and Hisashi Kawashima are the new character designers. Yasuharu Takanashi is returning from the previous season to compose the music.
The anime is based on the popular manga series written by Shinya Umemura and Takumi Fukui and illustrated by Azychika. The battle anime featuring one-on-one fights of Gods vs. historical figures is a unique story. The first season of the anime came out in 2021 with the second season following in 2023.
