The immensely popular stop-motion animation series Pokemon Concierge is coming out with new episodes in September 2025.
Revealed during the official Pokemon Presents 2025 livestream during Pokemon Day on 27 February, the beloved stop-motion Netflix-exclusive series, Pokemon Concierge, is set to warm the hearts of fans once again with all new episodes in September 2025!
No other information regarding the additional episodes have been revealed as of yet, so we’re still in the dark about what these new episodes will feature or how many of them there will be. However, the official teaser video has revealed that the episodes will feature more of Haru and Psyduck’s adventures at the Pokemon Resort.
The additional episodes were first revealed by Netflix last February 2024.
Pokemon Concierge’s first four episodes are now free to view
In anticipation of Pokemon Day, the official Pokemon YouTube channel has made the first four episodes of Pokemon Concierge available for free viewing. Fans who have yet to watch the award-winning series will now be able to immerse themselves in the whimsical story of Haru and Psyduck, and enjoy the charming visuals that the anime has to offer.
The Pokemon Company and Netflix collaborated together with stop-motion animation studio Dwarf Studios for Pokemon Concierge, which was first conceptualised in 2019. The anime boasts a whopping 80,000 unique frames for all of its four episodes, and focuses on immersing Pokemon fans with a great attention to detail. Tadahiro Uesugi created the concept design for Pokemon Resort as well as the designs of major human characters, while Iku Ogawa directed the series. The story was written by Harumi Doki.
Netflix has confirmed that the staff and cast are set to reprise their roles for the upcoming episodes.

Pokemon Concierge premiered on Netflix on 28 December, 2023, and was well-loved by critics and fans alike. The show would go on to receive nominations for the 51st Annie Awards and the 40th Television Critics Association Awards, and was even entered in the 2024 Annecy International Animation Film Festival.

Leaving the stress of an office job and a breakup behind, Haru goes to work for the Pokémon Resort as the Pokémon concierge. Haru helps Pokémon and their trainers relax, enjoy their stay at the Pokémon resort, and understand themselves and each other better.
