Four new cast members have also been revealed.
Yuya Sakamoto’s adorable manga series The Demon King’s Daughter Is Too Kind!! (Maō no Musume wa Yasashi Sugiru!!) finally receives an anime adaptation for next year. The newly-opened official website and X (formerly Twitter) account of the anime announced that the series will air in 2026, although no definitive release date has been revealed. A short trailer and key visual have also been released, along with details about the cast and staff working behind the scenes.

The main cast of the anime was announced. This includes:
- Dou voiced by Misaki Kuno (Xiaolan in The Apothecary Diaries, Ren Aharen in Aharen-san is Indecipherable)
- Jahi voiced by Ayaka Ohashi (Sāya Yamabuki in BanG Dream!, Vodka in Uma Musume Pretty Derby)
- Ahriman voiced by Akio Otsuka (Genichirō Fukuchi in Bungo Stray Dogs, Zen Shigaraki in My Hero Academia)
- Narrator voiced by Shigeru Chiba (Buggy in One Piece, Jogo in Jujutsu Kaisen)
EMT Squared is producing the anime with Masahiko Ōta directing it. Takashi Aoshima is the series’ script writer while Yuki Nakano designs the characters. Yasuhiro Misawa is composing the music for the anime. The original manga series is written and illustrated by Yuya Sakamoto. The plot, as described in the official website of the series (translated), reads:
Although she was born a demon, Dou's kindness knows no bounds. Her kindness is so great that she can soothe evil demons, violent monsters, human slaves, and even her kind’s sworn enemies: Angels.
With his daughter in this state, the Demon King was worried and no longer had time to invade.
Seeing the Demon King's suffering, Jahi, his aide, decides to make Dou into a fine demon and gives her various trials. However, Jahi does not yet know that these trials will only increase Dou's kindness...
And Dou's kindness caused a small ripple in this not-so-kind world…
