Goka decides to finally engage the Hell Guards against Mymo.
The most recent chapter of Kei Urana’s Gachiakuta manga was pretty short. Titled ‘Weakness (Part 1)’, the issue focused on the Hell Guards Vice Captain Gako finally ordering his troupe to move. On the other hand, the Cleaners are frozen on their spot as they don’t want to hurt the horde of people being controlled by Mymo. Thankfully, someone is there to save their lives.

Rudo says that it might be a bit too much work to take off everyone’s Chokers, but it would be easier if they can overpower Mymo and take his microphone. We then see Gako looking at the scene from above. One of the Hell Guards addresses him as Deputy Captain Nijiku and asks if they should launch the assault. He reveals that the captain Kyouka Nijiku had ordered them to capture Mymo when they had enough proof, which they do now. However Gako disagrees and says they will be forced by Mymo to fight the crowd of people he’s made into his puppets if they attack now. If the Cleaners are taking the fight from the front, then the Hell Guards will strike from the behind and do the unglamourous work.
As he leads his group into the field, he promises his sister that he’ll live up to her expectations, unlike Zanka. We then move to the stadium again. We see the sea of people surging up like waves to attack the Cleaners at Mymo’s orders. Enjin, Rudo, Zanka, and Riyo feel a dilemma. If they move from the ground, the people will crash and get injured. However, if they don’t move, the people will crush them instead. But suddenly, the wave of people stops mid-air. Mymo and the others are shocked. The final panel reveals Amo, sitting on Fu’s shoulders, and keeping the crowd airborne with her power. She says that controlling people isn’t nice, as Rudo and Enjin exclaim her and Fu’s name in unison.
Gachiakuta Chapter 140 review
It’s good to see both Amo and Fu becoming a part of the Cleaners. Amo’s story arc was one of the most heartbreaking things I’ve read in my life. The fact that she can now use her power for good thanks to Rudo and his friends gives me joy. She is extremely powerful, as she has a part of the Watchman Series much like Rudo. With her help, the Cleaners and Hell Guards might just be able to beat Mymo. However, it’s not just the Reporter, as his two lackeys Felix and Gil will also prove to be a problem. I’m really hyped for the upcoming chapters as we’ll likely get some great action sequences soon.
