A new promotional video for the upcoming rom-com “You and I are Polar Opposites” (Seihantai na Kimi to Boku, commonly shortened to SeiHantai) has unveiled the voice actors taking on the roles of the two main characters of the series. The anime is set to premiere in January 2026, although an exact date is yet to be determined. Crunchyroll will stream the series globally.

Sayumi Suzushiro will be voicing female lead Suzuki, while Shogo Sakata will be voicing the main lead, Tani.
Suzuki is described in the official website as:

While Tani is described as:

The anime is set to be produced by the studio Lapin Track, with Shochiku Animation Division as production manager. Takakazu Nagamoto, who directed episodes for Shoushimin is slated as director, while the series composition will be handled by Teruko Utsumi, who will also act as animation producer. The character designs are made by Mako Miyako in collaboration with Naho Kozono. Other staff include:
