This week’s Wonderful Wednesday at publishing company Seven Seas Entertainment announced five new series that they will publish in English. The new licences include several manga series, one light novel, and one audiobook. Let’s get a look at the new titles that have been added to the Seven Seas roster.
Seven Seas acquires five new titles this week
As usual, the company has included five brand new titles that they will start releasing in English. This includes:
Venus Mission: From Former Assassin and Mercenary Middle-Aged Man, Reincarnated into Another World to Assassinate the Hero! - MIYABI and Eito Nishikawa
This massive title is the only light novel series in this week’s acquisitions. This isekai story revolves around a man who was a mercenary in his own world. After being reincarnated into a fantasy world, his skills make him a threat for the heroes. The first volume of the novel will be printed in English in May 2026 as part of Seven Seas’ Airship Imprint. The company describes the story as:
Former mercenary Suzuki Takashi was one of the best in his field and was only stopped when he died from cancer. But his job as a sharpshooter isn’t over. Workin’ the Night Shift at Akumart - NAJIMI
This adorable slice of life manga by NAJIMI revolves around a cure demon girl who works the night shift at a convenience store in Osaka. But the people that visit the store at this hour aren’t always human. The first volume of the manga will be published in June 2026. Seven Seas describes the story as:

But the customers aren’t the only ones out of place here—the late-night shift is full of weirdos! This title is the only audiobook that Seven Seas has added to their roster this week. The book will be narrated by Mark Sanderlin. The audiobook is all set to be released on 24 July, 2025, under Seven Seas’ Siren Imprint. The story is described as:

Finally, Seven Seas wrapped up this week’s license acquisition with another manga series. This action-focused story is about a man who becomes a villain to carve out his own path. Volume 1 of this manga’s English version will be published in June 2026. Seven Seas describes the story as:
