One of the Summer 2025 season’s most intriguing anime series finally has a North American distributor. Fermat no Ryōri, based on Yūgo Kobayashi’s manga series of the same name, was just licensed by REMOW. More than a month after the series originally dropped in Japan on 5 July, the series will finally be released in North America on 9 August, 2025.
Fermat no Ryōri new release schedule
According to the social media post by REMOW, the first five episodes of Fermat no Ryōri will drop together on Saturday, 9 August, 2025. North American viewers can watch the episodes on REMOW’s “It’s Anime” channel on Samsung TV Plus, and also on the YouTube Channel of the same name. The 6th episode of the anime will be released on 16 August, while the 7th will premiere on 23 August. New episodes will come out every Saturday.

Takeshi Okamoto and Satsuki Kashiwagi are the chief directors and character designers of the anime at Domerica studio. Miyuki Kaieda is the assistant director while Satoshi Igarashi is the music composer. Maki Takada is the art director with Kumi Sato handles the art setting. Ami Watanabe is the show’s colour key artist while Kōji Yamakoshi and Mayumi Kamada are the compositing directors. Asuka Fukuda is the CG director with Satoshi Motoyama as the sound director. Studio Kanon is handling sound production.
The Fermat no Ryōri anime is based on the manga series of the same name by Yūgo Kobayashi. The story of the series revolves around Gaku Kitada, a mathematical genius who has given up on his dreams. But one day, he is recruited by a mysterious man named Kai Asakura, an extremely talented chef. With Asakura’s help, Gaku uses his mathematical knowledge to cook amazing cuisine.
