A new vampire reincarnation anime is now in the works!
The official X (formerly Twitter) account of publishing company TO Books has confirmed that an anime project for the series “Mercedes and the Waning Moon: The Dungeoneering Feats of a Discarded Vampire Aristocrat”, written by Fire Head and illustrated by KeG, is now in the works.

Unfortunately, no further information, like production studio, anime type, staff or cast, about the anime project has been revealed besides its confirmation. TO Books will however, provide further updates in the coming months.
According to the website for the light novels, the official website for the anime will be coming soon, with preparations currently underway.
“Mercedes and the Waning Moon: The Dungeoneering Feats of a Discarded Vampire Aristocrat” currently has four volumes, as well as an ongoing manga adaptation with five volumes. J-Novel Club distributes the series in English, and describes the story as:
