The Youtuber-led original anime movie has also revealed its cast.
First revealed during Anime Expo last April, the original anime movie “Bâan -The Boundary of Adulthood-” is all set to premiere worldwide through anime YouTuber Gigguk’s official YouTube account this 20 September.
Gigguk, who is credited as the creator for the isekai fantasy, further revealed through his official X (formerly Twitter) account that he will be premiering the film with a launch party on his Twitch account to celebrate. He also revealed the English dub cast in a subsequent post.

“Bâan -The Boundaries of Adulthood -” premiered in Japan just this 24 August, 2025 at Grand Cinema Sunshine. The YouTube premiere will include a behind-the-scenes documentary exploring how the movie was made.
Gigguk had fully funded the entire project with his own money, and initially pitched the idea to Kadokawa before being picked up by Studio Daisy. Gigguk drew inspiration from his personal experiences with cultural identity while writing the film, and was also heavily inspired by Thai folklore and Southeast Asian mythology.
The story of “Bâan -The Boundaries of Adulthood -” takes place in the fictional world of Euthania, a place connected magically to Japan through a warp gate. The world of Euthania is heavily influenced by Thai and East-Asian mythology.
