Vamola and Momo take down the Ninjas, but there’s something more sinister waiting for them.
After Jiji defeated Saint Germain in the previous chapter to rescue Seiko, the focus shifted to Vamola and Momo on the other floor. We saw how deftly the two girls defeated the ninjas, and even the Chameleon alien. After they meet up Seiko and Jiji in front of the taxi, the group decides to leave and go to the shrine. But as the latest chapter of the Dandadan manga revealed, there’s something massive (literally) standing in their way.
It seems that Momo will now have to sacrifice getting back to a normal size to save her grandmother’s life.

Dandadan Chapter 207 recap
All the ninjas in the temple are easily taken out by Momo, who can’t be seen by them. The chameleon alien, who calls himself the Great Reptilian and the Space Ninja, wonders who it is that surpasses even his hiding skills. He uses his camouflage ability to hide behind a beam. But Momo finds him and Vamola takes him down in one massive punch. Momo says that even if he tries to hide, she can see his aura as clear as day. Vamola keeps hitting the alien and thanks Momo, calling her ‘Mizz Pixie’. Momo learns that Vamola can see her through her kaiju suit, but still doesn’t remember who she is, which makes her sad.
After defeating the chameleon alien, the duo make it out of the temple and meet Jiji beside the taxi. Momo immediately notices Seiko’s unconscious body in Jiji’s arms and helps him get her into the car. Momo cries out for her grandmother and Seiko wakes up despite her injuries. She tells Momo to go to the shrine as there’s no time left to get her back to her original size. But before she can finish, the ground starts to move. The chameleon alien comes after them, saying how they hurt his pride by defeating him.
We see that the whole temple has started to move and some ninjas are tied to kites soaring in the sky. The next panel shows the full temple, which has a chameleon face and legs, walking toward Momo’s group. The alien reveals that it’s his true form and he was camouflaged as the castle. The ninjas were being made inside his bowel like some bacteria. As he attacks them, Jiji decides to fight it and plans to send Momo to the shrine.
However, Momo stops him and tells him to go to the hospital with Seiko. She says she doesn’t care about the curse anymore and the most important thing is to get Seiko the help she needs to survive. Jiji reminds her that everyone might end up forgetting her, but Momo says it doesn’t matter. She says goodbye to her grandmother and jumps onto Vamola’s suit to confront the chameleon alien. Momo remembers the times she spent with her grandmother while heading into battle as the taxi leaves towards the hospital.

Someone needs to tell Yukinobu Tatsu that this much stress and emotional distress for a fictional character isn’t normal.
I do want to see the battle between an alien temple and Momo and Vamola. Somehow it won’t be the weirdest fight in the series. However, what I want more is to see Seiko recover and Momo finally get back to her normal size. It has been so long since the Danmanra arc and the build-up towards this moment has been crazy. I really hope someone comes to help them in time so Momo can go to the shrine and get the Uchide no Kozuchi hammer to turn back to her normal size. I would be truly heartbroken if everyone, especially Okarun, actually forgets Momo after everything they’ve been through.
