One of Fall 2025’s most awaited action series finally has a release date! The official website and social media accounts of the One Punch Man anime announced that Season 3 of the series will air on 5 October, 2025. A short 15 second commercial was also released, featuring the opening theme song of the upcoming sequel. Moreover, a key visual featuring the heroes and villains was also released.

Staff animation studio continues to animate the series from Season 2. Shinpei Nagai is the new director of One-Punch Man Season 3. The director posted on his X (formerly Twitter) account, stating his previous works and accolades. He has worked on anime projects such as GANGSTA, and Samurai Flamenco, and directed projects like
Tomohiro Suzuki is in charge of series composition while Chikashi Kubota, Shinjiro Kuroda, and Ryosuke Shirakawa design the characters. Makoto Miyazaki composes the music for the third season.

The One-Punch Man anime is based on the webcomic by ONE, and its manga adaptation by Yusuke Murata. The first season, produced by Madhouse, came out back in 2015. The second season helmed at J.C.
