Rite Nekoha’s four-panel manga series 2200-Nen Neko no Kuni Nippon (Japan, the Land of Cats in the Year 2200) is being adapted into a light anime series. According to Shueisha’s official website for the manga, the anime is set to air on 7 October, 2025. The cast members voicing various characters have also been introduced.

The theme song ‘Kohakushoku no Loneliness’ is performed by Maika Matsuya.
