Some additional staff members have also been revealed.
The anime adaptation of the popular visual novel game series 9-Nine is coming out this year. Titled 9-nine- Ruler's Crown, the show will air sometime in July 2025. This was revealed by the newly opened official website, and X (formerly Twitter) account of the anime. A new promotional video and teaser visual have also been released on the social media accounts.

The series is being produced by PRA. Kōichi Ōhata is directing the project with Saori Sakiguchi as the character designer. The additional staff members include:

Created by Pallete, 9-Nine is a Japanese visual novel series which released four chapters spanning from 2017 to 2020. Each episode focuses on a different heroine. The protagonist, Kakeru Niimi handles romance and the supernatural influences around him in this mystery game. A spin-off to the visual novel by Q4 is set to come out sometime in 2025. All chapters of 9-Nine are currently available to play on Steam.
