Will Zanka survive after being hit by the monstrous being?
In the previous chapter of the Gachiakuta manga, we saw Mymo being shot by Mildretta, which failed his plan to turn the whole Doll Festival crowd into a monstrous being. However, the man gave himself an order to be changed into something beyond human. In the latest chapter, we saw how this new abominable monstrosity was easily able to outpace and overpower the Cleaners and the Hell Guard members. Seeing his brother being hurt by the being, Zanka tries to step in, but his strength might not be enough.

Gachiakuta Chapter 152 recap
In chapter 151 of the manga, Gountess revealed that if Mymo’s voice reaches a human soul, the soul will degenerate and turn into something inhuman. Thankfully, Mildretta was able to shoot Mymo before he could give that order. Enjin successfully removed all the Chokers from the attendees so Mymo’s words couldn’t affect them. However, in a last ditch effort, Mymo gave himself an order to change into something beyond human. In front of the Cleaners and the Hell Guard, the man turned into a massive, monstrous being.
In chapter 152, we see everyone looking at the new creature in shock as it turns its head and looks around. Mildretta, who assumed Mymo’s Vital Instrument was destroyed because she shot it, feels guilty. But she soon recovers and fires a shot at this new being, which doesn’t seem to affect it much. The monster reaches a hand towards her, but Enjin rushes in to save her with his Umbreaker just in time. As the being flicks his hand, both of them break through the stadium walls and end up in rubble due to its sheer strength.
The Hell Guards react next, as Goka orders them to kill the monster immediately. Everyone can feel how overpowering this monstrosity is and the fact that this is beyond any human or trash beast they’ve ever faced. They start shooting the monster but none of the bullets do any damage. It starts moving quickly and ends up in front of Goka. However, despite looking at Goka, the monster passes by him.
Goka wonders why the monster ignored him and suddenly notices someone. In the next panel, we see the intimidating form of the creature standing above Zanka. The Cleaner tries to attack the monster with his Lovely Assistaff and Goka runs towards them while shooting bullets at the being. However, none of this works as the Monster only flicks and finger at Zanka’s body and it seems the attack rips his innards away.
Gachiakuta Chapter 152 review
Why must Zanka face all the most terrifying villains alone in this story? Before it was Jabber Wonger, an absolute bloodthirsty masochist with poison claws. And this time it’s an eldritch monster that can flick people’s intestines away. I wish Zanka doesn’t die, although nothing can be said at this point. It seems that Too Lily will finally appear to face this monster, as only her magic can be powerful enough to kill Mymo’s deformed soul and body. However, will she be able to survive after that? It seems either way, we are headed towards a very tragic end to this arc.
