As Momo’s group fights the villains, one of the engines of the plane explodes.
The plot is thickening with every new chapter of the Dandadan manga! The Kito family have attacked Momo, Jiji, Seiko, Zuma, Vamola, and Raiya in a plane. But thanks to Vamola’s power, she turned the vehicle into empty space so nobody else gets hurt. The most recent chapter shows how the group plans to defeat the evil family. But before they can succeed, a new surprise catches them completely off guard!

Dandadan Chapter 194 recap
The issue begins with Jiji and Momo facing the Kito family matriarch and wondering how they broke free after being arrested. Due to her small size, the woman can’t see Momo, but can hear her voice. Seiko asks Jiji who these people are, and he tells her that they’re the landlords from the village he used to live in. He lets her know that this family was making human sacrifices in the village for years. The Kito woman turns on them and accuses them of being murderers because they’re the reason why the volcano erupted and people died. But Momo angrily reminds her that nobody died from that eruption. Vamola, Momo, and Jiji all start fighting against the evil family. Momo reminds everyone to be careful of the blades they’re carrying.
One of the Kito men hits Seiya in the face and is stopped by Zuma. He turns around and hits Zuma in the face, taunting him for sitting while his friends are fighting. Seiya tries to stop him by saying that Zuma is blind, but another man kicks him in the chest. Zuma finds the head of the man hitting him and punches him in the face, throwing him off balance. He also headbutts the man hitting Seiya, but Vamola reminds him to get back to his seat. The woman and another man attack Jiji. She tells him that they’re going to make sure he feels the hate of the people they killed. Suddenly, Jiji lands a massive punch on the man’s face, throwing him back. We see that the word ‘hate’ has triggered Evil Eye and he wants to come out. Jiji reminds him of his promise to Okarun and tells him not to kill anyone.
The woman says that she thought they would have exorcised the yokai by now, and is surprised that Jiji still has him. She tries to attack him again and Zuma’s umbrellas try stopping her. As she asks him to let the Evil Eye out, the Kito woman is confronted by Seiko. Momo tells them to go back to jail. The family accuses them of destroying their lives and getting them arrested for no reason. Momo retorts, but the plane starts shaking violently. Jiji looks out the window and sees that one of the engines has been blown away. Momo asks how it’s even possible. Jiji then sees that there are massive sharks flying in the sky around their plane. There is also a giant nose, ear, and mouth in the air.
Dandadan Chapter 194 review
The manga is getting increasingly harder to explain to people who don’t know it. The recent chapter had a whole Sharknado and it wasn’t even the most surprising thing to have happened in the series. I’m really excited about who or what is controlling this unique phenomenon as it puts Momo and the others’ lives in jeopardy. On the other hand, the Kito family members seem to have the same power-stealing knives as the previous villains. This means whoever is behind all this really wants to get Momo and the others’ powers for themselves. The action will only get more intense from here on out, and I can’t wait to see the group enter an all-out battle once more.
