A brand new trailer has been released to introduce the new characters.
The fantasy battle anime From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman: My Hotshot Disciples Are All Grown Up Now and They Won't Leave Me Alone is one of the most popular titles of this Spring season. It began airing in April and is already halfway through. The official website and X (formerly Twitter) account of this series have revealed that two new voice actors are joining the cast.
From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman new cast details
Ai Kayano (Asfi Al Andromeda in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, Kanae Kocho in Demon Slayer) is joining the cast as Rose Marblehart. She is the Lieutenant of the Holy Order of the Church of Sphene.
Hidenobu Kiuchi (Nero in One Piece, Ren Honjo in Nana) is voicing Gatoga Lazorne. He is the Knight Commander of the Holy Order of the Church of Sphene. You can check out our older articles if you want to know more about the anime’s cast.
The anime is based on the light novel series of the same name by Shigeru Sagazaki, which is illustrated by Tetsuhiro Nabeshima. A manga adaptation by Kazuki Satō is also being published. A full-colour version of the manga has launched on WebToon. The English-version of the novel is published by J-Novel Club, which describes the story as:
