It has been announced that the popular comedy manga series 'Tis Time for "Torture," Princess, is coming to an end. The official X (formerly Twitter) account of the series revealed in a post that the upcoming chapter will also be the last one. The final chapter of the manga is coming out on 19 August, 2025.
'Tis Time for "Torture," Princess manga is ending
The 'Tis Time for "Torture," Princess manga series is written by Haruhara and illustrated by Hirakei. The series first began publishing back in April 2019 on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ service. Manga Plus releases the manga in English. Unfortunately, after a successful 6-year long run, the series is crossing the finish line on 19 August with its final chapter. All chapters of the manga are currently free to read on the Shonen Jump+ website.
'Tis Time for "Torture," Princess has also been adapted into a popular anime series. Produced by Pine Jam, the show aired back in 2024. A second season is set to come out in 2026. Crunchyroll streams the series worldwide and describes the story as:
