Ego sends all remaining Blue Lockers on individual quests.
If you thought Jinpachi Ego’s crazy training tactics were over, you would be wrong! The latest chapter of Muneyuki Kaneshiro’s manga shows how the Blue Lock trainer sent all the remaining participants to individual quests that will help them grow as players. While Bachira gets to train children and Chigiri goes swimming, Rin is tasked with meditating under a strict master. Reo, on the other hand, is ordered to improve his copying skill.

Blue Lock Chapter 305 recap
In chapter 304, we saw how Ego sent some DVDs to Isagi, which contained videos of plays that can make or break a match. He also sent him a plane ticket and said that the destination holds the key to his next evolution. The latest issue begins with Anri asking Ego what he’s doing next. Ego states that much like the first step in her cooking, he will spend the next 14 days finding the perfect ingredients. We then see Barou receiving a similar letter as Isagi and reaching the location Ego sent him to “become the king again”. He ends up at a university where some ‘American Football’ players welcome him. It seems that Barou will receive training in rugby to improve himself.
Similarly, Bachira is sent to an elementary school to teach a bunch of kids football to feel his childhood self again. Chigiri is seen swimming to make his heart and lungs strong enough to keep up with his incredible speed. For Kunigami, the answer lies in combat, as Ego wants him to become the strongest warrior with his body. We see him training with a martial artist. Ryuusei Shidou is ordered to do everything he wants before his death, so he chooses to go skydiving. Rin Itoshi, on the other hand, is sent to a much tamer place- a monastery. His order is to take another look at his ego. He tries to concentrate, but loses it as he starts thinking about Sae and Isagi. The monk in charge of his training hits him with a stick, making him lose his temper.
Finally, we focus on Reo, who is seen training at the Mikage Corporation’s special training room. He can’t stop thinking about Nagi and what he said before leaving Blue Lock. Ba-ya enters the room. She hands him the letter, which says that he’s the special soldier of Blue Lock. His job is to do a Master Copy of all the 22 players left in Blue Lock. An SD card is also included with the letter, and it contains footage of all the players. Ba-ya thinks that with Reo’s physical abilities, doing so many Master Copies in 14 days is impossible. But Reo says that right now, using his body is better than using his brain, and he’ll ace this task. We then see glimpses of other players practicing their designated tasks. In the end, Ego says that the chemical reaction of the No. 1 spot and the remaining 23 players will become the fusion to fuel the new Blue Lock.
Blue Lock Chapter 305 review
The Blue Lock participants training on their own in different circumstances will definitely help bring out their individual skills. Since they’re all strikers, a lot of them have been overshadowed by the incredibly talented players such as Rin, Isagi, and Shidou. However, this individual practice of their unique strengths gives them a chance to show off their value. Ego planned all the training regimen perfectly, lining up the tasks with the player’s interest and talent. What remains to be seen in Isagi’s training, which is still kept under wraps. It’s likely we’ll see him going to his designated location in the next chapter.
