After publishing four successful martial arts manga, three of which are still ongoing, Sandrovich is hinting more in store for readers.
The author behind popular combat manga titles such as Kengan Ashura, Kengan Omega, and Isshou Senkin teased a new series. Yabako Sandrovich appeared during one of the live streams of the official Manga ONE app of Shogakukan to evaluate the new entries for the magazine’s ‘Battle Comic Award’. But before the judging began, the author discussed a possible fifth manga with Kengan Omega’s editor Shō Kobayashi.
Kengan Ashura, which started serializing on Manga ONE IN 2012, was Sandrovich’s first manga, illustrated by Daromeon, and also propelled the duo to immense fame. After the manga’s conclusion in 2018, the duo began working on its sequel series Kengan Omega in 2019, which is still ongoing. Sandrovich also started working with artist MAAM on Dumbell Nan Kilo Nateru? (How Heavy Are The Dumbbells You Lift?) in 2016, and the manga received an anime adaptation in 2019 by Funimation.

The popular author’s latest manga series is Isshou Senkin, also known as Star: Strike It Rich. It began publishing in 2023 and has 44 chapters so far. Fans can read Kengan Ashura, Kengan Omega, and Isshou Senkin on the official Comikey website. You can also watch the Kengan Ashura anime on Netflix. As fans already know, Sandrovich is trained in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Karate, which makes the fight sequences in his manga more enjoyable. Readers are excited to see who he collabs with next and what the next series focuses on.
